KYC Verification

365bets conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to comply with security and financial regulations. Prior to withdrawal, or for transactions above a certain amount, you may be required to submit one of the following documents:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of an active mobile banking account
• Proof of current address (if required)

Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. You are liable for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

Once a bet is confirmed on 365bets, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 365bets itself identifies an error. Always check your bet history to confirm your bets have been accepted.

Circumstances for bet cancellation

365bets reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or abandoned
• Incorrect odds displayed due to a system error
• Evidence of match-fixing or fraud
• If a bet is not processed correctly due to a technical issue

365bets supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
